Product is received against your packing list and counted, rewards are built as kits, packed with your inserts and thank you cards, and shipped in one run with tracking pushed to every backer. Late backers and add ons ship at the same rates afterward.
Kitting is quoted flat per reward tier so the number does not move. Shipping runs at $2.95 per package for up to 3 items, then $0.50 per item. Storage between receiving and ship day is $40 per pallet or $5 per bin per month, all in. Postage is at the exact carrier rate with 0% markup, rate shopped across USPS, UPS, and FedEx for every address. No minimums, no setup fees. A backer export with addresses and tiers, a photo of the rewards, and a rough arrival date for product. That is enough for a quote. Email the owner with those three things and you will hear back within a business day.
