Switching 3PLs? We'll move your inventory.

Warehouse closing, contract ending, or you're simply done with where you are. We coordinate the freight and take your stock in.

Switching fulfillment partners is the part nobody plans for. Your warehouse gives notice, a contract ends, or service slips far enough that you need out. Meanwhile your inventory is sitting in somebody else's building on their timeline, and the last thing you want is to be chasing freight quotes while your stock is in limbo. We move brands in regularly and we handle the transfer end to end, so there's one person to deal with instead of three.

What we handle

Freight quoted on your lane through our broker, usually back the same day or the next. Pickup scheduled directly with your current warehouse so you are not stuck in the middle relaying times. Liftgate delivery arranged on every inbound, which means pallets come off the truck cleanly whether or not there is a dock on either end. Then receiving and putting it away the moment it lands. Stock coming out of another warehouse almost always needs a physical count, since the pallets were built by the people you are leaving, so we quote that before we start and send you the count against what you were told you had. Anything that does not match gets flagged in writing the same day, which matters, because the warehouse you are leaving is the one who built those pallets.

How pricing works

Transfers are quoted per job, because the lane, the weight and the pallet count move the number every time. You get the freight figure in writing before anything is booked, and it gets settled before the pickup goes on the schedule, so there are no surprises on either side. Receiving is $5 per carton or $35 per pallet, and a full case shipped out untouched is $10. Inventory coming out of another warehouse usually needs a physical count, and we quote that in writing before we open a box. Storage runs $40 per pallet per month for 1 to 9 pallets, $32 at 10 to 24, and $25 at 25 or more, with the rate applying to every pallet you store rather than only the ones over the line. Bins are $5.

Timing is usually the whole problem

Most brands reach out with a week or two left on a notice, and that is workable. The bigger fulfillment companies cannot onboard anyone in that window, which is exactly where a small shop wins. Send us the pickup address, the pallet count and the weight and dimensions of each pallet, and you will have a freight number back quickly. If your current warehouse has your product in loose cartons rather than on pallets, tell us that too, because it changes how the move has to run.
