I am Eric, and I am accountable for every order that leaves this building. I have spent fifteen years running operations, including plants where a miscounted bin fails an audit. Counting things correctly is not a goal. It is a habit.
Vantage Packhouse exists because I watched small brands get turned away by big fulfillment centers or squeezed by minimums they could never hit. I decided the smaller guys deserved an operation run with big plant discipline.
Here is what that means for you. Your counts are right. Your orders go out. And when you email, the person who replies is the person who packed the box.
Off the floor, I live in Simi Valley with my wife and daughters, which between soccer, golf, and track means weekends run on a schedule tighter than any pick list. This is a family operation in the plainest sense.
Every brand we admire shipped its first hundred orders from somewhere humble. Treating a 50 order brand like a future 5,000 order brand is the whole point.
Postage with no markup. Materials at cost. Every line traceable to work that happened. If you have to squint at a bill, somebody is hiding something in it.
If we are not the right fit for what you ship, we say so and point you to who is. A straight no today earns the yes that matters later.
The whole rate card is public, with a calculator.
